Packed with the power of very fast growing vision technology and state of the art lighting , this highly effective Camera based inspection System is ideally suited and it makes sure that the blisters in any packaging line are effectively packed.
FillGuard is used to inspect the Capsules and Tables which are getting packed on the blister line and raises an alarm in case any pocket of the blister misses a tablet or capsule.
User has got an option to remove the unfilled blister manually or automatically reject at the end of line by integration of FillGuarD output to the line control systems
